Knife material: special steel 1.2746 and 1.2767 , 1.2343 of the best quality developed for knives for steel shearing. Thanks to this steel the knives reach the highest cutting properties and long durability.

Characteristics: Knives are heat-treated for hardness of 50 – 53 HRC according to specific application and consequently precisely ground, Heat-treatment takes place in our own hardening plant that is computer controlled and monitored. Knife geometry is produced in the way so that the optimal shearing process is ensured. Easy knife assembly, guaranteed by high accuracy and stringent tolerance, is a matter of fact. We produce any knife according to customer’s requirements – according to drawing documentation, or according to a supplied sample. We are also able to produce other parts for shearing machines – clamping strips, screw bolts etc.; this depends on the machine type.
